Our Own Fashion Love Story
She moved to Tennessee at the age of 14 to pursue a career in country music, she became the youngest singer/songwriter to ever be signed with Sony. The eponymous debut album placed her firmly on the music map, and made her the youngest person to single-handedly write a song on the country music chart. She bagged a Grammy in 2008 for Best New Artist, since then Taylor first became recognized in the mainstream for her cutsey pop love song, Love Story in 2008. Since then, she's collected 6 more Grammys', making her the youngest person to be awarded a Grammy for Album of the Year. Not content with just this success, she has turned her hand to acting, and proves that, on top of all of this has a heart of gold by supporting arts education, children's literacy, natural disaster relief, LGBT anti-discrimination efforts, and charities for sick children. Forbes also estimates she is worth over $165 million dollars.
Style & Fashion
Ever since the fairytale like video for Love Story came out, Taylor has been under our fashion radar. Her slightly boho, slightly 60's, ethereal flower power chic is feminine, fun and flirty. We love her kookai, vintage inspired ensembles, and the way she transforms to a sweet, innocent looking thing to seriously hot on the red carpet. Go for ditzy prints, 60's headbands, cute accessories, vintage dresses, OH!- and remember to look innocent!
